Taste of Home Easy Chow Mein Recipe

My family and I love not just Ukrainian food, but all food that is tasty! Lots of other culture's cuisines have very tasty and wonderful dishes as well, such as this popular Chinese stir-fry noodles.

This Easy Chow Mein Noodles Recipe dish qualifies as a quick meal that can be made in less than 30 minutes, but tastes incredible! Loaded with vegetable goodness, seconds are a must!

You may adjust it to your liking, by adding the dish's traditional vegetables like red bell pepper and sprouts if you like, or other vegetable variations. My family doesn't care too much for either, so I omitted them. In another variation, add chicken for a complete meal.

If this portion is too large for the size of your family, leftovers may be refrigerated or frozen in freezer-safe containers. During the busiest of days, and we all have them, it will feel like you've found an all-cooked, ready-to-serve treasure. Simply thaw, heat it up and you're all set! It makes one fantastic dinner and for packing lunchboxes. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
